Books & Media @ Your Library

Local papers and magazines are available to read in the library.

  • They are sources of survival skills: grocery ads, want ads, weather, TV schedule, local events.
  • They are sources of cultural awareness discussions: advice columns, obituaries, editorials.
  • Be aware that newspapers vary in reading level from 4th to 8th grade.
